Denson and Associates, PLLC, was founded in October 2005 with a clear purpose: to stand in the gap for individuals, families, and small businesses who need strong, principled, and effective legal representation.

Over the years of representing individuals, families, and small businesses, one phrase kept coming back—“We Fight for Justice.” It became our motto because it reflects how we practice law: with integrity, thorough preparation, and the courage to stand with our clients when the stakes are high.

From the beginning, the firm has been committed to fighting for people—especially those who feel overwhelmed, unheard, or outmatched by powerful institutions, insurance companies, and governmental entities. We fight for justice by preparing every case with intention, telling clients the truth, and advocating relentlessly within the bounds of the law.

As an African American–owned law firm rooted in East Mississippi, our practice was built on resilience, integrity, and a deep understanding of the communities we serve. The firm’s founder, Attorney Joseph A. Denson, began his legal career with the belief that access to justice should not depend on wealth, status, or influence. That belief continues to guide every case we handle today.

For nearly two decades, Denson and Associates, PLLC, has represented clients across a broad range of legal matters, advocating for everyday people facing some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
